ADMISSION PROCEDURE

After online Registration submitting of the form, you are requested to deposit an amount of Rs. 300/- towards Registration Fee pay online only.

General rules

1. Admission to Nursery & Class KG-1 (session 2025-2026) will be done through online registrations.
2. Parents have to fill the registration form on the school website and register online the details of their wards. (From 1st January to 31st January 2025).
3. Nursery: Age of the candidate/student should be minimum 03 years and maximum 04 years.
4. KG – 1: Age of the candidate/student should be minimum 04 years and maximum 05 years.
5. You are requested to deposit Registration fee online after Successful Registration of the Application form.

Documents required for admission Procedure

1. Online Registration Number for Nursery / KG – 1 Application Form.
2. Copy of Birth Certificate issued from MUNICIPAL CORPORATION / GRAM PANCHAYAT
3. Copy of Aadhar Card
4. Copy SAMAGRA ID (CHILD S.S.S.M. ID No.)
5. Copy of Caste Certificate for category of - ST, SC & OBC Students.
6. Photocopy of Bank Pass Book, any one of the parents or Child (front page only)
7. Latest Passport size Photograph of the child (coloured)
8. Child’s Bank Account Details Or Parents Bank Account Details
9. PEN Number (Permanent Education Number) from Old School.
10. APAAR ID (If Generated)from Old School.
11. School fee will be paid online only through School Website or Mobile App Website : http://www.sjtkotma.com, Mobile App from Google Play Store : AdonaiEduApp

Note :- Failing to Submit the above mentioned documents will subject to the cancellation of registration.

Terms & Condition for Registration

1. The age of the student should be Minimum 3 years for NURSERY as on 1st July 2025.
2. The age of the student should be Minimum 4 years for KG-I, as on 1st July 2025.
3. Admissions will be given on a First-Come-First-Serve basis.
4. Submission of registration form is not an assurance / guarantee for admission.
5. The selection of the students will be purely on the basis of observation of the child.
6. Any CHANGES / CORRECTIONS in the entries will NOT be accepted under any circumstances after filling / submitting ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM, without any written letter to School Office.
7. St. Joseph’s Convent School, Kotma reserves the right to judge the eligibility of students for admission, as per the information furnished in the online registration form.
8. All the required original documents should be presented at the time of admissions for verification. Furnishing fake information will lead to cancellation of registration / selection of the candidate.
9. Incomplete Registration forms without documents application form will not be accepted.
10. The Process of Admission will complete only after the payment of 1st Instalment School Fee.
